This platform provides Health and Fitness and Personal Training Programmes for individuals as well as Fitness and Running-specific Articles, Advice, Reviews and Interviews.

Whatever your fitness goal, I am passionate about fitness, training, coaching and helping people to achieve their short and long-term health and fitness targets.
If you are keen to find out more information then please get in touch. But, for starters, here’s a quick run down of some of the services I offer:
– Personalised and tailored fitness, gym and coaching sessions: Initial consultation to understand your current fitness level and get an overview of your lifestyle, nutrition habits and future health and fitness ambitions. From there, I can get to work on constructing a bespoke training and fitness plan designed just for you to achieve your goals.
– That would include a full programme, designed specifically for a certain period, and inclusive of advice, fitness/running tips/coaching, nutrition guidance and strength and conditioning support, in tandem with a tailored approach to rest and recovery. Plus much, much more.
– Dependent on location, I am also available for in-person gym-based training sessions.
– On top of this, and as part of the services outlined above, I am available on a weekly basis to offer fitness support via phone, WhatsApp and e-mail.
